My Story

My spiritual journey is a gradual and lifelong process. I’ve always been sensitive to the energy of those around me; even when I couldn’t see what was there. I feel grateful to have grown up in an environment that was open to talking about spirituality and ghosts. I remember visiting family in Denmark when I was a teenager and it was so easy and organic that we communicated with my great-grandmother through a pendulum to see if she had been watching me sing in the international singing competition I was in at the time. But it wasn’t until a close family member passed in 2012 that I started having direct, intentional, and consistent communication with the ethereal realm.​

I then started utilizing divination tools such as pendulums and oracle cards, along with meditation and crystals to deepen my own practice. I had visions and communication with each of my children before they were earthside and energetically seek them out even now to see how they are faring (this especially came in handy when they were newborns). Connecting in always felt like breathing to me – a natural thing that, as I was realizing, I could go deeper and feel even farther than I even thought.​ Not to say I didn’t have my challenges along the way, a wonky Saturn Return and a really intense dark night of the soul both coinciding at the same time as a significant back injury with a newborn was a really challenging year or so of my life in 2017/2018. But everything happens in divine timing for a reason.

In 2020 I decided to get attuned to Usui Reiki. I was doing oracle cards and “tapping in” for family and close friends, and regularly getting my own energy healing done by BodyTalk and Reiki practitioners, but what I felt myself and to the degree I felt it was something that I had not explored in a meaningful way yet. I felt ready to start sharing it more openly with people and stop hiding behind closed doors.​I started voraciously learning everything I could about energetic healing and completed my Master Level Reiki certification along with mediumship courses, astrology certifications, angelic healing courses, and chakra courses.

I dove in with everything I had and knew that whatever was inside of me was meant to be shared. I was meant to be of service in this field even though that meant standing on my own and being seen fully (something that I am continually working at). But now I regularly have sessions with strangers from all over the world and it's just me being in my full expression. I'm meant to be seen in this way and be of service for those who are drawn to me and my offerings. ​My practice and what I offer is a hybrid of a bunch of modalities but with my own unique blend of gifts. My sessions are full of dialogue and I see, feel, know, sense the energy from within and around you that you need to hear at this time for the highest good. Each session is unique to YOU and what you need to bring awareness to in the moment.
