Embrace Your Multifaceted Self

There’s been a theme that I've been noticing in sessions of seeing the constraints that have been limiting our powers and our sovereignty/authenticity to shine through.

Constrained by old ways of being that make us feel “safe,” the perceptions of others, collective patterns and belief systems, social norms of what is acceptable and how we can show up, old identities, etc. It’s like the constraints stretching to fit within a certain mold or framework. My guides have shown this to me as a trampoline that’s pulled taught by springs and attached to the metal frame. You can still jump, but the heights of which you can reach are constrained and contained. It’s a perceived freedom in the bounce up and down without realizing how limiting it actually is—isolated to a linear way of being. There’s no space for growth when you’re pulled, taught, and limited by the springs.

In reality, our multidimensional selves look like more of a disco ball. A shining centerpiece of multifaceted tiles that reflect different aspects of self. So why do we limit ourselves into such a narrow view? In fact, potentially even thinking about expanding beyond this way of being can cause a triggering of the nervous system, a heightened fight or flight response because it can viscerally feel "unsafe." We may unplug from the full breadth of our authenticity because it's just too much; our reality cannot fathom adding more to the balls (or fragments) that we are juggling and leading to a disconnected feeling of self. Where am I within all this? Which version of me is in fact, true? We can be limited in our thinking of ourself because embracing it all can feel like pushing a boulder up a hill. Since we’re used to only the fragments one at a time, trying to live, embody, and acknowledge all the sides can feel overwhelming to your circuitry. It can cause a disconnection and thus a continuation of living in the fragments instead of embracing all the mirrored tiles of how we shine.

Are you holding yourself back? Resisting certain feelings and emotions because they scare you with their possibilities? Fear is not the enemy. It’s actually a great indicator of the boundary of your comfort zone. The frame of which your springs are attached to if you will. There is no one that can get you off the jumping of the trampoline except you. And the only way off is a self-realization of all that you are, and also, all that you are capable of being.

It's coming back to the simple fact that everything you desire for your highest and best good, you already are. If you manifest possibilities from the ego, it's still contained to that framework of limited self. By disengaging from your springs, your "safety net" that you've created, it opens up all the realms of possibilities. For true manifestation, quantum manifestation, is allowing yourself to play within all the possibilities of what could be. Not constrained to what the ego understands to be safe, but what is actually open to being drawn into your field just by aligning your frequency with it. But we cannot do so if we are inherently limiting our potential to the flat trampoline pulled taught. Embrace your multifaceted self to really pull that magic into your life. Expanded in awareness and dripping in the juiciness of possibilities.

If you need help peeling this all back and getting clarity, my calendar is open <3
