Feeling overwhelmed, stagnant, restless, and unsure how to navigate forward?

Maybe you’re not actually stuck. Maybe you’re just out of alignment with the version of you that you’ve been trying to keep alive. And honestly? There is a difference.

Sometimes you don’t need another five-step plan, another podcast, another journal prompt, or another person telling you to “just trust the universe. Sometimes you need someone to help you see what you can’t see while you’re inside of it. This is where intuitive healing comes in.

Not as someone swooping in to tell you what your future looks like, what decisions to make, and definitely not as some dissociative version of being told to “raise your vibration” while ignoring everything your body is actually trying to communicate. My approach to intuitive healing is about getting underneath the obvious. Getting into the body, the patterns, the ancestral lineage, the survival instincts, the things you’ve decided are “just who you are.” And sometimes, the things you haven’t even consciously remembered.

So if you’ve been feeling like something is happening but you can’t quite put your finger on it, here are 10 reasons an intuitive healing session might be exactly what you need.

1. You’re tired of f***ing thinking about it.

You’ve analyzed it. You’ve talked about it. You’ve journaled about it. You’ve asked your friends. You’ve made the pros-and-cons list. You’ve probably even asked ChatGPT... And somehow you’re still standing in the exact same place and repeating the same patterns. Because not everything can be solved through cognition.

I firmly believe in a bottom up approach instead of a top down. Doesn't mean that your mind gets bypassed, but moreso the analogy of why would you focus so much time and energy on the roof when the basement is rotten and about to fall over?

Your body is communicating.

Your energy is communicating.

Your intuition is communicating.

Sometimes your brain is simply the loudest voice in the room. But it doesn't know what it doesn't know. An intuitive session gives us the opportunity to turn the volume down on the mental gymnastics long enough to hear what’s underneath them. And further, what framework they are running that is perpetuating old loops and patterns.

2. You keep attracting the same stuff in different packaging.

Different person but same relationship dynamic. Different job but the same burnout. Different circumstance, but the same emotional response. Different year. Same wound.

This is where things get interesting. Because patterns aren’t necessarily evidence that you’re broken, but information on programs and archetypes. Sometimes they’re protective mechanisms. Sometimes they’re conditioning. Sometimes they’re inherited. Sometimes they’re energetic imprints you’ve been carrying for much longer than you realize. And sometimes your nervous system has decided that familiar = safe, even when familiar is the exact thing keeping you stuck. We don’t just want to identify the pattern and "know" it. We want to understand the emotions around it, what is underneath the trigger or the wound so that we can work with the root cause to release it.

3. You feel like you’re carrying stuff that isn’t yours.

You walk into a room and immediately feel the energy change. You spend an hour with someone and suddenly you’re exhausted. You leave a conversation questioning yourself. You absorb everyone’s emotions. You know when something is off before anyone says anything. Your hypervigilance is leading the charge, and then you wonder why you’re so fucking tired. You think you're extremely sensitive but you're actually running a survival pattern tied to emotional regulation of your external world.

So sometimes the question isn’t:

“How do I stop feeling everything?”

It’s:

“What am I actually feeling, and what isn’t mine?”

The awareness of that distinction can change everything.

4. You know you’re supposed to move forward, but something keeps pulling you backward.

This is one I see all the time! Consciously, you’re ready. But another part of you isn’t, and that friction is super frustrating.

You want the relationship. But you’re terrified of being vulnerable.

You want the business. But you’re afraid of taking up space.

You want more money. But your body freaks out when you actually receive it.

You want to leave. But you feel guilty.

You want to stay. But you feel like you’re abandoning yourself.

That internal contradiction is worth exploring, because sometimes the thing holding you back isn’t a lack of desire. But an old survival strategy trying to keep you safe.

5. Your body is saying something your brain doesn’t want to hear.

Your body is not an inconvenience. It’s not an annoying little side character that needs to get on board with your five-year plan. Your body is constantly giving you information.

The tight chest.

The clenched jaw.

The gut feeling.

The exhaustion.

The expansion.

The contraction.

The deep exhale when you finally tell the truth.

Your body can register information before your conscious mind has figured out how to articulate it. This is why I work with the body as a translator. We’re not just asking, “What’s wrong?”

We’re asking: “What are you trying to tell me?”

6. You feel like you’ve lost yourself.

Maybe you’ve spent years being the version of you that everyone else needed.

The good daughter. The perfect wife. The woman who doesn't recognize herself anymore outside of being a mother. The successful one that doesn't need help and who can handle everything.

Until one day you realize: Wait. What do I actually want?

Sometimes healing isn’t about adding another layer of self-improvement.

It’s subtraction. Removing the conditioning, the expectations, the roles, the identities, the energetic debris. The shit you’ve picked up along the way and mistaken for your own voice. Sometimes finding yourself is actually about remembering who you were before everyone else told you who to be.

7. You’re in an identity death/rebirth and nobody warned you how weird it would feel.

There is a particular kind of discomfort that comes when you’re no longer available for the life you’ve been living...but the next version hasn’t fully arrived yet.

You don’t fit anymore. But you don’t know what you’re becoming. So you call it confusion. Feelign stagnant and restless. A “what the fuck am I doing?” crisis.

Maybe it’s none of those. Maybe you’re simply in the liminal space between identities. The old version of you is dissolving. And your job isn’t necessarily to rush in and replace her. Sometimes you have to let the old identity die and surrender to what whats to emerge through you.

8. You keep getting signs, synchronicities, dreams, gut feelings, and you’re not sure what the hell to do with them.

You’re noticing things like repeating numbers, strange coincidences, dreams that feel significant, people showing up at oddly specific moments, an undeniable pull toward somewhere, something, or someone, a knowing you can’t logically explain. You don’t need to immediately turn every synchronicity into a prophecy. But you also don’t need to dismiss everything that doesn’t fit neatly into your rational framework.

There is information available to us beyond what we consciously process.

And sometimes intuitive work is simply creating enough stillness to recognize the signal.

9. You’re ready to stop asking everyone else what you should do.

This one is huge. Because everyone has an opinion to share and suddenly you have 47 different voices in your head and no ideas what is true for you.

Intuitive healing isn’t about giving your authority away to another person. Quite the opposite actually. I don’t want you dependent on me for your answers. I want you more deeply connected to your own.

The goal isn’t:

“Tawny told me what to do.”

The goal is:

“I can finally hear myself.”

10. Because you know something is trying to emerge.

This might be the biggest one. Sometimes you aren’t booking a healing session because something is terribly wrong. You’re booking because something is trying to happen. A feeling that you're missing something important but don't quite know what.

A new version of you.

A new relationship with yourself.

A new level of expression.

A business evolution.

A boundary.

A decision.

A release.

A remembering.

A deeper trust in your own body and intuition.

Sometimes the discomfort you’re feeling isn’t actually a problem to fix, but the friction created when your current reality can no longer contain who you’re becoming.

And that friction? That’s worth listening to.

You don’t always need more information. Sometimes you need a clearer signal.

Sometimes you need someone to sit in the frequency with you long enough for the static to settle. Sometimes you need to get out of your head and back into your body. Sometimes you need to release what was never yours. Sometimes you need to remember what you already knew. And sometimes you simply need a place where you don’t have to perform, explain, rationalize, or hold everything together. You can just be.

That’s what an intuitive healing session with me can offer. Not another person telling you who to become. A space to hear the person you’re becoming already calling you toward.
